ABOUT ME


I am a passionate yoga and pilates instructor, specialising in vinyasa and yin yoga, as well as mat and reformer pilates.

In my yoga classes, you can expect a blend of fluidity and strength, thoughtfully balanced with moments of meditation and breathwork. I design intelligent sequences that are both playful and accessible, preparing your body to embrace expansive poses with ease.

When it comes to pilates, get ready to flow, pulse, and feel that renowned pilates burn. My classes are carefully programmed to progress towards intermediate and advanced exercises, while offering variations to suit your unique body. You'll experience a fusion of traditional pilates exercises combined with fun twists that challenge your body and mind in every session.

As a teacher, my approach is warm, empathetic, and inclusive. I believe that our bodies are not projects to endlessly work on but powerful tools to live fulfilling lives. Together, let's embark on a journey towards embracing movement, cultivating a deep connection with our bodies, and experiencing the joy of feeling good within ourselves.
